A private members' club for the arts, in Banani, Dhaka.
We are a club for those with a serious interest in the visual arts, literature and refined social life. The club's rooms, library, studio, gallery, banquet hall, dining room and gardens, are reserved for members and their invited guests.
By introduction from two existing members. The Membership Sub-Committee meets monthly. The annual subscription supports the kitchen, the library and the maintenance of the premises.
The club is governed by a General Committee elected from the membership at the Annual General Meeting. Sub-committees lead House, Membership, Cultural and Library matters.
Discretion in members' rooms. Smart casual dress after 6pm. Children of members are welcome by prior arrangement with the secretariat.
We have reciprocal arrangements with a small number of clubs in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai and London. Letters of introduction from the secretariat are required.
The club is governed by a General Committee elected from the membership at the Annual General Meeting. The principal office-bearers are listed below; names are confirmed after each election and circulated to the membership.
